### The Future is Bright for Neighborhood Schools

Our grassroots movement of over 1,000 Evanston families is committed to building a high performing pre-K–8 public school district — invested in every D65 neighborhood school.

We believe in the power of neighbors, families and educators working together. Everyone should love our schools as much as we love our town.

It is up to the school board and administration to lay out a plan the community can support that fosters community and leads to excellence in education for all students.

### Outcomes

Every decision we make is driven by one question: is this better for Evanston kids?

Evanston prides itself on being ahead of the curve and our schools should reflect that. Let's lead the way in building modern learning environments that put student growth first, include dedicated spaces for wraparound services and prioritize hands on learning over screen based education.

### Stewardship

Every dollar should work as hard as our kids do: spent wisely, transparently and with full accountability to our community.

40% of Evanston's property taxes go to fund D65. We need district leadership that will make sure that money is invested to help our students and drive improved outcomes for all students.
